1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbh99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hbh99 website at hbh99.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through that domain.

By accessing hbh99, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hbh99 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of hbh99, regardless of location, device, or method of access. They apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be accessing hbh99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently hold another active or suspended hbh99 account. Each individual is limited to one account.

hbh99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable period, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on hbh99, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

hbh99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time — particularly before processing your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a risk review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. hbh99 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on hbh99. If duplicate accounts are identified, hbh99 reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close some or all duplicate accounts. Balances and bonus funds associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit across mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳300.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• hbh99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits are credited in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team.
• hbh99 aims to process mobile banking withdrawals within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money balances are not subject to wagering requirements.
• hbh99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is released.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

hbh99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time they are offered.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on hbh99 is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to a deposit limit restriction may be ineligible for certain promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses, at hbh99's discretion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire after a defined period from the date they are credited (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: hbh99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if we have grounds to believe that a bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to the use of low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure ("bonus hunting").

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on hbh99 — whether on sports markets or casino games — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published on the relevant game or sports betting pages.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted only when a valid price is displayed and the market is open. hbh99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live betting terms applicable at the time. Live prices fluctuate rapidly; the price at which a bet is confirmed is the settled price, regardless of subsequent changes.
• Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body. Revised results due to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications will be honoured.
• hbh99 will void any bet placed on a market that was clearly offered in error (e.g., manifestly incorrect odds).

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on hbh99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game engine will complete the round according to its normal rules. Any winnings from a completed round will be credited to your account automatically.
• In the unlikely event of a software malfunction or technical error, hbh99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbh99 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using hbh99 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format where collusion can influence outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit bonus mechanics, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's software infrastructure, APIs, or RNG systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

hbh99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month after the initial twelve-month dormancy period, applied to the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms (e.g., at your own request or due to inactivity), any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, following completion of any applicable verification checks.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hbh99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbh99 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the hbh99 platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform, including planned maintenance windows.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any technical malfunction in third-party game software or payment processing systems outside hbh99's direct control.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or markets published on the platform that contain errors or are subsequently revised.

In all cases, hbh99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Amendments to These Terms

hbh99 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide advance notice of any material changes by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the hbh99 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
